One account per person. If we detect duplicates controlled by the same individual, all accounts get suspended permanently. You cannot share login credentials or let another person use your account. Selling, buying, trading, or gifting accounts is not allowed. If you lose access, contact support with your registered email and we will verify your identity. All players must be 18 years of age or older. Providing false age information during registration is grounds for immediate account removal.
Bots, automated scripts, macros, browser extensions that interact with game elements, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage are strictly forbidden. If you find a bug, report it to [email protected]. Players who report bugs receive in-game recognition. Players who abuse bugs will have their accounts wiped or banned depending on severity. All game outcomes are generated randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Treat other players the way you would want to be treated. Competitive banter is part of the experience. Targeted harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or persistent unwanted contact is not. Report abusive behaviour using the in-game report function or email us with screenshots and the offending username. We review all reports within 48 hours. Consequences range from temporary muting to permanent bans.
All in-game points, items, and rewards are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value. You cannot sell, auction, or exchange in-game assets for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of real-world compensation. Attempting to do so will result in permanent account suspension. Cosmetic purchases made through the official shop are final and non-refundable once applied. We may adjust point values and game parameters at any time to maintain balance.
